8. Arrangements after order cancellation under Section 7
(1) This website will notify you immediately when any product you ordered is out of stock. If you have already paid, the payment or all procedures necessary for a refund will be refunded or carried out within 30 business days after the agreement date or receipt of the payment. In exceptional circumstances, the refund period may be extended.
(2) Upon receiving your return, this website will refund the remaining amount to you within 30 business days, after deducting relevant fees, in accordance with these Terms of Use. In exceptional circumstances, the refund period may be extended.
(3) If you paid by credit card, this website will request assistance from your credit card service provider to process the refund in a timely manner.
(4) Except as provided in these Terms of Use or by law, if you refuse to accept the product or request a return, you will be responsible for the associated delivery costs and bank charges. All refunds will be processed only after the return has been confirmed.
(5) If you request a return or exchange, you must also return all complimentary gifts or promotional items. If the items have been used, this website will deduct the relevant costs from the refund.
