Return and Exchange Policy
For all purchases made on the dailyweekly.com.hk website, you can apply for a return within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
1. The product is damaged during shipping or has an expired shelf life;
2. The received product differs in quantity or type from the order;
3. The received product has a shelf life of less than 6 months;
If we determine that the return is due to a product quality issue, incorrect shipment, missing item, loss, or damage at our discretion, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs (shipping costs must be accurately reported and cannot exceed the official standard rates for regular courier services).
Note:
1. If you need to apply for a return, please contact customer service immediately. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return application after the return period has expired.
2. We have the right to: ① refuse to accept packages exceeding the return period; ② not refund for goods exceeding the return period; ③ refuse to accept returned goods that do not match their condition when shipped.
