Shine Environ Limited (“we”, “our”) respects your legal privacy rights when collecting, storing, using, and transmitting personal data, and this Privacy Policy statement explains our privacy practices.

In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy statement, the Chinese version shall prevail.

3. Purposes for Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
We may collect your personal data when you make purchases or apply to become a user of any brand we operate from time to time, including but not limited to "DAILY WEEKLY".
If you wish to receive certain services from us, certain personal data is required. This data will be marked as "Required Data" on the online user application form. If you wish us to provide you with the services you have applied for, you must provide us with this personal data. If certain personal data is provided voluntarily, it will not be marked as "Required," and you may decide whether to provide it to us.
You will need to provide us with your personal data if you wish us to provide any of the following services:
a. Participation in and maintenance of your status as an online user;
b. Notification of benefits and perks available to you as an online user;
c. Access to online user perks;
d. Notification of any revisions to online user information;

f. Other ongoing customer support services related to online users.
We may use any personal data provided by you (whether mandatory or voluntary) to enable us to provide you with the following additional services and/or conduct the following activities:

d. To allow our beauty consultants to provide follow-up services;
e. To distribute customer satisfaction surveys; and
f. To send out VIP customer newsletters and the latest information on VIP customer activities;
g. To broadcast remarketing advertisements.

a. Inform you (through this Privacy Policy statement or by further notice) that we are collecting your data and the purpose for which we are collecting such personal data;

We will keep your personal data confidential while collecting and holding it. However, we may disclose such data to the following persons (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) for the purposes listed in paragraph 3 above:
a. Any subsidiary, holding company, affiliate, or company or joint venture owned by Shine Environ Limited or under the same control as Shine Environ Limited;
b. Any agent, contractor, or third-party service provider (collectively, the “Third-Party Suppliers”) that provides us with administrative, telecommunications, computer, remarketing, advertising, and other services for the processing and storage of your data;
c. Any actual or proposed assignee, successor, or successor of Shine Environ Limited or Shine Environ Limited; and

Third-Party Suppliers are bound by confidentiality obligations and contractual terms to use your personal data only for the purposes listed in paragraph 3 above, and not for their own purposes (including direct marketing).

Informing you about our promotional activities, including (if applicable) makeup classes and/or demonstrations, skincare seminars, other beauty classes, public relations events, exclusive customer gatherings, product sets, store opening events, store announcements, exhibitions, fashion shows, and the latest news;
c. Informing you about skincare, makeup, or body care services and activities, both in-store and out-of-store, for promotional and reward purposes;
d. Latest news on marketing reward programs, birthday offers, free product trials, digital events, roadshows/street promotions, and in-store promotions;
e. Informing you about joint promotions or activities with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, industry associations, celebrity magazines, television, websites, cultural, artistic, or musical groups/organizations, charities, or non-profit organizations; and f. Cross-brand collaborations and/or activities with brands under Shine Environ Limited. If at any time you do not wish us to use your personal data for the direct marketing purposes described above, you may exercise your opt-out right by contacting us through the channels listed in paragraph 8 below.
6. Security Your personal data provided to us will be securely stored in our customer service system and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
